The Service
The Service provides an interactive assessment that generates a personalized report about your organization's AI maturity. The report is an informational product generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. It is provided for general guidance only and is not professional, legal, financial, or business advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on it.
Purchases
The full report is available for a one-time fee as displayed at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the charge for your purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details.
Intellectual Property
The Service, its content, branding, and the structure of the report are owned by us and our licensors. Your individual report is provided for your and your organization's internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or present the Service or its frameworks as your own.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to circumvent payment, access controls, or rate limits;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law;
- Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND REPORT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the report will be error-free or that any outcome will result from following it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the report.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law & Venue
The Service is operated by a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Delaware. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any such dispute will be the state and federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
